About our role: As Finance Analyst, you’ll support the Commercial Finance Managers and Head of FP&A in providing high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and planning across the business. Working closely with the operations and management accounts teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering timely insights, identifying trends, and supporting strategic decision-making. Maintain and enhance financial models used for reporting and strategic initiatives. Analyse performance against forecasts/budgets and identify key drivers of variances. Collaborate with Management Accounts and operational teams to understand trends. Provide actionable commercial insight to support business decisions. Own and improve FP&A datasets and monthly KPI reporting. Identify and deliver improvements to reporting tools, processes, and systems. Bring your experience: Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant. Previous experience in financial planning, business partnering or commercial finance. Skilled in analysing large datasets and working with imperfect data. Advanced Excel skills (modelling, pivot tables, etc.). Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach. Effective communicator, confident working with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to get hands-on. About our role: As Payables Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading and managing our Agent Commission Payables team (currently 6 people), ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payments to over 800 Home and International agents. Reporting to the Payables Manager, you'll also play a key role in financial reporting, process optimisation, and supplier management within our shared services environment.
