- Role: Project Management Apprenticeship Skills Coach
Location: Remote
You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a group of learners working towards the successful and timely achievement of their apprenticeship programme.
Work with internal Skills Coaches and academic tutors to provide a link between the classroom and their online learning.
Collaborate with academic tutors and track learner progression to ensure learners successfully achieve their apprenticeship programme on time.
Ensure learners are aware and adhere to their 20% off-the-job obligation.
Professionally engage with both employer and learner to provide clear and detailed progression updates and action plans for learners on progress.
Deal with more complex customer questions and complaints in line with Company policy.
You will need to have an organised approach with the ability to handle a large caseload of learners.

What is my overall role purpose?
As a Lead, you’ll be responsible for the academic leadership/management of our BSc Project Management degree apprenticeship programme. Working closely with the Dean and Associate Dean, you’ll be ensuring our learners enjoy the delivery of the programme and that they get the most out of it.
What are my responsibilities?
*70% of your time will be spend delivering valuable workshops to our degree apprentices – roughly this will come to around 85 hours of workshops.
*You’ll be ensuring all marking of the assignments has been completed on time and to the correct standard.
*You’ll get involved in the assessment board/student rep/Skills coach and Tutor meetings – preparing reports, ensuring action points are followed up on and addressed.
*You will also respond to any programme inbox queries daily
*You will be responsible for completing the annual report within a given timeframe
*You’ll support the onboarding of new starters delivering on your programme i.e permanent staff, freelancers.
