About the role
You will be the main owner of strategic client accounts and will be responsible for understanding their goals and requirements, driving success across client programs in collaboration with the Onboarding & Delivery teams, and taking ownership and responsibility of renewals to meet revenue targets.

What is my overall role purpose?

What are my responsibilities?
*70% of your time will be spend delivering valuable workshops to our degree apprentices – roughly this will come to around 85 hours of workshops.
*You’ll be ensuring all marking of the assignments has been completed on time and to the correct standard.
*You’ll get involved in the assessment board/student rep/Skills coach and Tutor meetings – preparing reports, ensuring action points are followed up on and addressed.
*You will also respond to any programme inbox queries daily
