Recruitment Officer Recruiting Students from Middle East & North Africa (MENA) Ideally London based, hybrid working, initially 2 days in the office weekly. QA Higher Education Fulltime & Permanent Opportunity About our role: Do you have sales &/or recruitment experience in the education sector? Would you like to make a difference to potential international students by working across different recruitment channels promoting and selling our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, giving students the potential to develop and grow their knowledge and skills. Arabic speaker required and must have the flexibility to travel to the Middle East & North Africa 8-10 weeks per year. Here’s some of what’s involved: (please click through for the full JD) Develop and manage the sales channels across the region, delivering against the recruitment targets for that region across all channels, including but not limited to agent, direct and partner. Work with the MENA International Recruitment team to support marketing strategies for the regional recruitment. Dealing with student recruitment in MENA within the education marketplace. Experience with working in a sales environment and exceeding sales targets. Manage Sales Pipeline effectively. Responsible for networking within the industry to gain more insights and trends and feedback as appropriate. Working with Senior Regional Manager to meet Revenue/Number target for assigned region. Responsible for ensuring all students and kept informed of required documents to meet our compliance requirements. Bring your experience: Experience of developing overseas student recruitment channels such as agent and International schoo networks Ability to communicate proficiently in both English and Arabic Understanding of the student journey and experience of going through the process as an international student High level business acumen Track record of success in sales & Service environment Experience working in the student recruitment role.
