We are currently in the market to recruit a Business Manager (Commercial), to work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer to support in the analysis and reporting, governance and operation and smooth running of our growing commercial team. Our role bridges the gap between the executive and the organization, often involving project management, business planning, and acting as a strategic advisor. You will be required to have expert presentation and data analysis skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Proficient in modelling and data analysis. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, particularly PowerPoint and excel are a must. Attention to detail, accuracy and problem solving with strong analytical skills will be critical to the success of our role.   Highly ambitious with a desire and willingness to learn quickly and have access to all aspects of running a private education provider. You will perhaps have a management consultancy background, be looking for that first step into industry to own projects, as well as see the impact of your contribution help our commercial and senior leadership team succeed further. Building a highly data driven and performance focused view of the commercial team using data, insight and performance to drive improvements and commercial success. b. Our role will work on providing data-driven insights, performance monitoring of the commercial team and planning to drive revenue growth, cost efficiency and quality improvements to the business.  Our role will also act as a key point of relationship with partners with respect to student recruitment data, planning and reporting.  You will interact closely with our financial planning and analysis team, ensuring that data is aligned and consistent. In addition, our role will co-ordinate and oversee commercial team governance, ensuring meetings run to schedule with agenda’s, minutes and chairing of meetings in place.
