In this role, you will assist with administrative processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and help ensure our employee experience is seamless, efficient, and positive. You will often be the first point of contact for the People Team and provide high quality, customer focused, HR support service whilst continuously being dynamic in influencing positive improvements across the team.   HR Operations & Administration     - Process employment-related documentation including contracts, job change letters, background checks, referencing, and probation management, ensuring alignment with SLAs.   - Maintain and update employee records and HRIS (Zellis) systems accurately and promptly.   Regularly monitor the probation tracker and follow up with managers on reviews, completions, or extensions.  Systems & Data Management  - Use Sostenuto (SOS) to log and manage HR queries, ensuring complete audit trails.   - Administer QA365 training system tasks, including onboarding and offboarding.  - Ensure consistent and accurate electronic filing and record-keeping across the team. Employee Support & Communication  - Act as the first point of contact for internal and external HR queries via phone and email.  - Respond to or reassign queries in line with SLAs.  - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across the business.  - Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
