Do you enjoy a fast-paced growing environment, working with a vibrant and developing team?
Working within our Accounts Payable Team as an experienced Finance Administrator you will be responsible for the end-to-end payment process of our commission payments for our UK and Overseas Agents. You will liaise with both internal and external customers, resolving queries as the arise.
Excel Intermediate knowledge is a must for our role. (e.g. Pivots, VLOOKUP and sum if functions)
Your focus:
Responsibility for the end-to-end process for agents’ ledger. Which involves:
Compile commission data for agents using multiple generations of complex agent contracts.
Validating commission claims against statements issued and bonus claims against active incentives schemes.
Processing and paying agent claims, including enforcing the authority table and posting any manual payments.
Become an expert on internal policies and processes for commission claims.
Resolve queries from recruiters, agents and senior management on submitted claims, the submission process, claims made, or payments sent.
Responsibility for raising purchase orders, supplier reconciliations, including enforcing the authority table.
Involvement/support with project work/ ad hoc support and commercial analysis
Process weekly payment runs.
Bring your experience: You will have a methodical approach and be able to prioritise your workload as it changes.
You will be a great communicator as you will be interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. Problem solving ability is a must alongside strong Excel skills.

About our role: Are you a customer focused administrator used to dealing with large volumes of calls looking for a new and challenging opportunity within a busy & growing student income team. You might be an experienced call centre worker or perhaps a recent graduate looking for your first corporate opportunity.
Your focus: (FULL TRAINING PROVIDED) As administrator within our student income team you’ll assist students via phone, email, and in-person drop-ins with tuition fee payments and grant queries. You’’ll be managing instalment plans and ensuring timely payment collections. You’ll handle change of circumstances requests, support credit control functions, and maintain accurate sales ledger records, while building strong relationships with students to guide them on tuition fee payments.
Travel to Manchester weekly (expensed) will be required
Bring your experience:
Customer focused with good IT and computer skills
Strong literacy and numeracy skills: High proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematical tasks.
Ability to perform under pressure: capable of working effectively under tight deadlines and in high-pressure situations.
Detail-oriented and Methodical: demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical approach to tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibility for collating Group forecasting, scenario planning and budgeting
Assist in the design, implementation and execution of all planning including 3yr plans, annual budget process and regular reforecast cycles

Your experience:
