About the Role
As a Student Support & Retention Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting QAHE’s Student Retention Strategy across our University Partnerships. Working closely with the Registry Retention Manager and a wide range of stakeholders, you’ll help identify and support students at risk of disengagement, ensuring they receive timely interventions and support. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new and exciting function within QA Higher Education, where your work will directly impact student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
·Coordinating administrative activities aligned with QAHE’s retention strategy.

·Managing the Registry Retention mailbox and handling student queries.

·Tracking and managing referrals to student support services.

·Supporting the development and implementation of new processes and systems.

·Monitoring ‘at risk’ students and ensuring appropriate interventions.

·Analysing student data to identify trends and support decision-making.

·Providing admin support for retention-related pilots and initiatives.

·Partnering with various student support teams to create the best experience.

About You
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

·High attention to detail and data accuracy

·Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment

·Experience in student administration would be beneficial

·Experience working with external partners and managing complex workloads

·Data analysis and reporting experience

·Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills
