MOSTLY Home-Based | Birmingham or London (occasional campus travel)

Full-Time | Tues–Fri (9–5:30/10–6:30) & Sat (9–5:30)

Are you a people person with a passion for helping others succeed? Whether you come from sales, customer service, or a call centre background — if you're organised, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this could be your next move.

What you’ll do

Be the first point of contact for prospective students
Guide them through the full application journey — from enquiry to enrolment
Support with assessments, payment options, and course selection
Champion our programmes and answer queries with confidence
Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless student experience
Work towards and exceed conversion targets
 

What you’ll bring

Excellent communication and customer service skills
A love for targets and have good Excel skills  
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confidence in building relationships
Resilience and adaptability under pressure
CRM experience (a plus, not essential)
A desire to grow and be part of something meaningful
