Join our growing Digital Marketing Technologies Team here at QA Higher Education as an SEO & Website Specialist and help drive the performance of our web platforms to the next level.

About our role: As an SEO & Website Specialist within our Digital Team, you'll play a key role in enhancing the performance, accessibility, and visibility of our websites. Supporting the Website Manager, you’ll work across a wide range of digital projects, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure our digital presence aligns with business goals and delivers an exceptional user experience.

Manage technical SEO improvements in collaboration with agencies.
Conduct keyword research, track search performance, and optimise structure using Semrush.
Monitor accessibility compliance using Acquia Optimize and lead improvements.
Track web development progress using Jira and support agile workflows.
Support and execute front-end updates using Elementor.
Analyse performance metrics, providing insights and reports to key stakeholders.
Ensure digital tracking accuracy and provide regular traffic and conversion reports.
Act as the first point of contact for digital support and SEO advice to the wider QA Higher Education community.
Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend new tools and strategies.

Bring your experience:
Proven SEO expertise and keyword strategy development.
Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS.
Experience using Semrush for SEO analysis, keyword tracking, and reporting.
Understanding of accessibility, web health, and performance best practices.
Knowledge of HTML and basic front-end development principles.
Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Teams & PowerPoint.
Understanding of the Higher Education market would be advantageous.
