Role: Sales Director - Digital Subscriptions (EMEA)
Location: London (hybrid working)
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Director to lead our Digital Subscriptions, Enterprise Market division. In this key role, you'll drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our presence in the enterprise sector. Leading a high-performing team, you’ll craft and execute innovative sales strategies while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth and success in the enterprise market.
Snapshot of the role:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement an effective sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure success.
- Revenue Generation: Set and monitor sales targets, develop and maintain sales pipelines, and take proactive steps to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities, markets, and customer segments, and create plans for expanding market share and share of wallet.
About you:
- Leadership experience in management, coaching, developing and hiring Sales Managers/Account Executives (or equivalent) to constantly improve their knowledge and confidence in the solution they sell.
- Previous career experience as a Sales Lead, Business Development Manager (or equivalent).
- Strong experience of selling solutions.
- Build, strategise and execute prospecting strategies focusing on activities, playbook, and active training with the team. You believe prospecting is a strong focus for your team and you can show them how to do it.
