Registry Services Specialist
Home based (Regular travel to London office)
Maternity cover, 12 months fixed term contract
Working within the QAA Apprenticeships and Academic Services Team you will be responsible for providing effective administrative support across all our Degree Apprenticeship programmes working with our multiple university partners, and internal teams.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and efficient administrative support on all our Degree Apprenticeship programmes
- Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and learners
- Support programme-related student queries and act as a key point of contact for our learners
- Coordinate module registrations, forecasts, study plans and workshop bookings
- Support the preparation of learner and module data for programme boards/university partners’ consideration
- Liaise with internal and external stake holders in ensuring the maintenance of accurate learner record data
- Support the process of learner withdrawals, suspensions and reinstatements in a timely manner following due process
- Ensure that correct processes and procedures are followed in line with partner University and Compliance regulations
Your Experience/Skills:
- Administrative experience ideally within the education sector and using student record systems
- Multi-tasking with high attention to detail and delivery to agreed timescale
- Ability to interpret and implement regulations
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook)
