Role: People and Experience Manager (Wellbeing Specialist)
Location: London (International House)
This role is responsible for supporting our people and culture engagement activities. Helping to improve the employee experience, from beginning to end, through wellbeing, inclusion, learning and development, reporting into the Group Head of Wellness.
About the role:
- This role helps to coordinate and project manage the activities of the Group Wellness Manager.
- Support activities for Learning and Development and Diversity and Inclusion.
- Collaborate with the People team and key stakeholders to organise and schedule events, ensure everyone knows when they are being held, the format and any joining information
- Assess any feedback and evaluate of how activities are received, viewed and impact across the group.
- Champion and help develop a culture where our staff can thrive
About you:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Experience and interest in supporting the delivery of high quality activities in Wellness and Learning.
- Tenacity and resilience in juggling multiple stakeholders
- An analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making approach will enable you to measure the impact of programs, ensuring they continually evolve to meet our employees' needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to juggle different stakeholder’s requirements at the same time.
- Use insight to creatively solve challenges through well thought out initiatives.
