Role: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Central London (hybrid 2 days per week in office)

A Day in the life:

 

  • Be the first point of contact and brand ambassador for the group using knowledge of the business areas, business vision and mission to sell the purpose and goals of the group. 
  • Source potential candidates through multiple different channels and avenues  (e.g. social media platforms, job boards, professional networks & other innovative techniques) 
  • Own the end to end talent process from benchmarking, job description creation to selection approaches through to offering and onboarding 
  • Partner with managers to interview candidates and coach managers on best practice and bias awareness 
  • Partner with People Partners, Department Heads and Senior Leadership to forecast workforce needs and advise on talent acquisition best practices, both current and future 

 

About you:

 

  • Significant experience working in a fast-paced organisation with high volume roles and multiple priorities  
  • Experience recruiting within tech or commercial business areas and/or the training industry would be an advantage 
  • Ability to develop and executive comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals  
  • Experience and practical knowledge of utilising Applicant Tracking Systems, Linkedin and other recruitment tools 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead across different departments, working with business leaders to plan for future talent needs, considering workforce trends, growth and industry dynamics
