What will you be doing? As Senior Learning Solutions Consultant you will be working with our key HMG & Defence clients to identify bespoke training and learning programme requirements, linking these to the client’s strategic objectives, then designing and developing creative and innovative solutions. Our solutions include technology related subjects and will vary in scope and scale from short term training courses to large scale, complex programmes involving multiple interventions and modes of delivery.
Your focus: Ideally you will have a learning background giving you the knowledge, skills and confidence to create innovative, purposeful, blended learning solutions. You will have direct, hands-on experience of the full learning cycle, from analysing requirements, to designing solutions, supporting their implementation and evaluating their impact. Knowledge of the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) would be an advantage. You will enjoy engaging with strategic stakeholders to scope technical and non-technical training requirements and will work closely with Subject Matter Experts to identify the most up to date technical content. Your approach to customer relationship management will be consultative and collaborative and you will find yourself working alongside our clients to identify development needs and potential solutions to skills gaps.  Your background may be as a Learning Consultant, a Technical Trainer with a talent for programme design, a learning services Account Manager or you may be a Senior Instructional Designer who enjoys creating bespoke, blended learning solutions.          

Bring your experience:
Degree educated, preferably in  a related Education, Training, Human Resource Management or Organisational Development subject
If degree in unrelated subject, then proven evidence of knowledge in a key specialist area(s) – technology, education and training, management, or business development/change.
Experience developing profitable end-to-end blended learning solutions for a wide range of programmes
Evidence of leading multi-disciplinary consulting and programme development teams
Demonstrable evidence of delivering complex learning programmes with set time, cost and quality parameters  
Experience delivering large scale projects in a consultative capacity to varied customers
Clear evidence of senior stakeholder management; building initial rapport to establishing strategic relationships with purchase authority decision-makers up to C Level
