Senior Graphic Designer
Hybrid working with occasional travel to London & Birmingham

As Senior Graphic Designer you will be design-focused within the Marketing Team to support the development and delivery of all creative and marketing materials for QA Higher Education and our partner universities.
As a senior member in the Marketing Services & Brand Team you’ll be experienced in the creation of visually engaging, innovative and functional designs for digital and print.
Our Creative Services Team delivers all marketing and collateral requirements of each of our provisions, ensuring a polished and professional output with a student-centric approach at the heart. 
You will work closely with the Creative Services Manager to artwork and design materials, championing our brand, and those of our partners. This is a varied role and will include delivering materials that follow templated designs or designing new materials.

Support the delivery of a full suite of engaging and inspiring marketing assets. These may include printed materials, digital assets, presentations and interactive content experiences.
Maintain brand standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
Support the fulfilment of inbound creative marketing requests, working with marketing colleagues and wider Higher Education Teams as necessary.
Liaise and communicate with colleagues across the business to ensure a full understanding of each creative brief facilitating effective and efficient delivery
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
Support regular updates of all social media channels with relevant, timely and accurate information
Be a key point of contact for third party agencies, monitoring activity, minimising rounds of amends, and communicating any slippage of deadlines to the Head of Marketing Services & Brands
Support the organisation of photoshoots, filming days to build our image and video library

Bring your experience:
Experienced in the successful delivery of marketing resources with a clear understanding of processes involved.
Graphic design experience in Adobe Creative Cloud – particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Affects and PremierPro
Demonstrable experience of producing print and digital creatives – both working from initial brief and to agreed templates
Experience of following sign off procedures
Experience of producing marketing materials from conception to delivery
Experience of a CMS or Email platform would also be advantageous
Two to three years’ experience of working in a similar role and also the education or training industry advantageous
