Due to our continuing success, we’re recruiting a Business Administrator to join our amazing team, working out of our state-of-the-art London office! If you have a background in, or passion for finance, & want the opportunity to work for the UK’s market-leading IT & Technical Learning Solutions Provider as a Business Administrator, then read on.

 

Your primary focus as a Business Administrator will be to assist with the revenue-creation & collection function for QA Higher Education customers, issuing instalment plans & minimising risk to maximise cash flow for the business.

 

You’ll need experience within finance, along with exemplary customer-service skills, but we’re not looking for someone who ticks every box. If you’re confident, approachable, have a passion for finance, are equally as great with people as you are with admin then maybe we’re a perfect fit!

Location:          Office-based in Holborn, London
Hours:              9.00am to 5.30pm Mon-Fri
Closing Date:     June 30th 2022

Initial interviews will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

·    Revenue-creation & collection
·    General admin tasks
·    Responding to external & internal communications via phone & email
·    Assisting with high volume of face-to-face interactions with customers
·    Working within set criteria & escalating when necessary
·    Advising & assisting customers with Student Finance England queries
·    Data Analysis

 

Skills & Experience

·    Proven high level communication skills
·    Experience of using CRM desirable
·    Understanding of Microsoft office systems
·    Database management experience desirable
·    Self-motivated & driven
·    Versatile & flexible
·    Calm & composed approach in fast-paced environments
