What will I be doing?

You’ll develop new customer relationships using the sales techniques gained from our in-house training programme and on the job coaching to successfully deliver against specific, measurable targets.

 

What are my responsibilities?

*Identify and liaise with key stakeholders in new & existing accounts, by telephone, email and LinkedIn, to create sales opportunities for our Senior Account Managers.

*Prospect new customers whilst maintaining and growing our existing customer relationships to create sales opportunities.

*Maintain all relevant sales management information & report on sales activity using Salesforce.

*Understand QA’s unique selling points and use this to win more business.

*Deliver high levels of customer service.

*Constantly developing an understanding of your product offering and sales techniques.

 

What experience/qualifications do I need?

*Perfect opportunity for an individual looking for their first sales role. Previous experience in customer service roles would be advantageous.

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office at beginner level

*Working to tight deadlines where high levels of accuracy are required

*Some experience of delivering against performance objectives.
