Business Development Executive 

Manchester - 3 days in the office & 2 days from home

Competitive Salary + Commission 

 

 

As a Sales Executive at QA, you’ll be enabling some of our largest clients to win in the digital revolution.

 

The Role:
Source new customer relationships using sales techniques gained from our in-house training programme and on-the-job coaching to book in appointments for our Account Managers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and liaise with key stakeholders/decision makers in both new and existing customers by telephone and email in order to create and close sales opportunities
  • Maintain all relevant sales management information & report on sales activity
  • Prepare quotes and proposals for customers
  • Deliver high levels of customer service
    Constantly developing an understanding of your product offering and sales techniques     
     

About You:

You’ll be a high motivated sales professional with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally at all levels.  The following experience will be required to thrive in this exciting position:

Previous experience working within a sales role, dealing with internal or external stakeholders, or a customer service role by email, telephone and face to face (business to business desirable)
Proficient in using IT systems (Client Relationships Management is desirable)
Confident user of MS Office
Working to tight deadlines where high levels of accuracy are required
A track record of delivering against performance objectives
