Administrator within our Agent Partnerships Team

Birmingham based, Hybrid working.
Are you a recent graduate or an administrator looking for a new challenge in a rewarding environment supporting students into Higher Education Programmes. Ideally you will have some experience within the education sector (preferred) or within a busy back-office function where organisation, attention to detail and communication are key?
If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
About our role: As Administrator, the larger part of our role will be working with our Agents who help us bring our International & Home students on our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. You will be providing support and training to our agents to drive best practice. Monitoring and assessing the marketing requests made by agents who wish to use our partner logos etc.
You will also be supporting the English Test Bookings Team by booking applicants in for the English test.
Good IT, Word, and Excel skills a MUST

Ensuring websites are checked regularly and meeting our marketing requirements.
Assist in the gathering of information in response to requests made by peers and stakeholders
Be a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with a responsibility for ensuring that support, guidance is provided
Build and maintain engagement with peers and stakeholders
Collaborate with QA’s’ University Partners
Educate, train and support peers on agent compliance and also the impact on the organisation
Ensure due care and diligence at all times, in regard to sensitive and personal information
Ensuring all data on QA systems is accurate at all times
Ensuring that agents are trained and monitored in line with the processes
Maintaining and managing the marketing requests received from agents and keep accurate and
Manage data in various areas, ensuring accuracy at all times
Bring your experience:
Ability to present and deliver training
Confident in being able to use various platforms to engage with QA’s agent network.
A highly organised individual with the ability to manage a diverse workload
A detail-oriented approach with a thorough track record of attention to detail
Passionate about the customer and all elements of the customer experience
Excellent communication skills
Confident in engaging and presenting training face to face
Deadline focused
Ability to use data driven decision-making to prioritise activities
