Administration & Customer Support for our International Student Recruitment Team    
QA Higher Education, fulltime 12 month fixed term contract   
London or Birmingham based, Hybrid Working (mainly at home)   

Do you have a background in education administration or recruitment administration or perhaps you have dealt with student admissions or enrolments?  Are you used to a fast-paced role where attention to detail, ability to multi-task and have good IT skills are a must? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!   

About our role: (FULL TRAINING PROVIDED) As Administrator within our International Student Recruitment team, you will be responsible for the full admin journey of the international student application process from initial enquiry through to enrolment onto our undergrad or postgrad courses here in the UK.
Here’s some of what’s involved: (click through to see the full JD)
Provide first class customer service to our partners, agents and students.
Create sense of engagement with students and their admissions process
Advising on payment methods (by card, BACS, on campus or loan letters) chasing and taking outstanding payments; responding to student’s concerns and understanding competition from other institutions
Ensuring regular contact to maintain students’ commitment
Maintaining unconditional pipeline up to date, i.e. cancelling and deferring applications, understanding reasons behind it. Reporting to a wider recruitment team

Bring your experience:
Previous experience working within a university or in higher education very desirable.
Customer-focussed driven with customer service experience
Planning and organising activities of self and/or others.
Self-Starter, quick to take the initiative and spot new opportunities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer focus, committed to ensuring delivery of excellent service standards
Ability to work to given deadlines
